Sacred Soul is Evolving! Welcome to Soma Psyche Soul LLC

For years, Sacred Soul has been a sanctuary for healing, offering massage, yoga, energy healing, and coaching to help individuals reconnect with their bodies and find balance. Alongside it, the Shamanic Reiki School has guided countless students on their journey into energy healing. But as my work has deepened and expanded, I've realized that these offerings are part of a much larger vision.

It's time for a new chapter.

I'm excited to introduce Soma Psyche Soul LLC, a name that reflects the integrative, whole-person approach I bring to healing. This transition isn't just about a new name, it's about fully embracing the depth of the work I do and creating a cohesive space where somatic healing, nervous system regulation, and energy medicine come together.

Why the Change?

Over the past year, my focus has shifted toward Somatic Reset Therapy, a method that combines body-based healing through neuromuscular therapy and somatic movements, with coaching, to help people break free from cycles of stress, trauma, and overwhelm. As I've worked with clients and students, it became clear that my brand needed to evolve to better reflect this approach.

• Soma (Body-Mind) is our physical experience, sensations, and inner communication of the wisdom and stories our body holds.

• Psyche (Mind & Emotions) Our inner world expressed through thoughts and emotions that our guide our feelings.

• Soul (Spirit) The deeper inner connection to the witness/observer of these states of being, that is the essence of our spirit.

Together, these elements form the foundation of my work, bridging science and spirituality, somatic therapy and healing, through the body-mind integration for true transformation.

What's Staying the Same?

While the name is changing, the heart of my work remains the same.

Both in-person and online gatherings to support embodied healing, transformation, and growth.

What's Changing?

• A more integrated approach, rather than separate businesses. Everything will live under one umbrella, making it easier to access all my healing modalities.

  
  

• A clearer path for my future therapy practice, this transition also sets the tone for my upcoming work in mental health therapy, ensuring that Soma Psyche Soul evolves as I do. (I've got a few years for this transition.)

If you're already a client, student, or part of my online community, nothing changes for you except the name and branding! You'll still have access to the same transformative practices, support, and guidance, just within a more cohesive framework. You'll find some minor changes to services offered over time as I evolve and transition over the years, but being a regular client now means I'm saving space for YOU!
